I began my career at just 19 years old as a front desk receptionist, learning the business from the ground up and gaining a true understanding of what it takes to successfully navigate a real estate transaction. Over the years, I worked with top-producing teams at Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams, contributing to teams consistently ranked among the top in their county and region. I later held leadership roles as Director of Operations and Director of Sales, giving me a behind-the-scenes perspective that allows me to anticipate challenges, streamline the process, and advocate effectively for my clients.

Most recently, I managed a top-performing Keller Williams office in the Novi/Northville area, where I coached and consulted over 250 agents. This experience sharpened my market knowledge, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities—skills I've always applied directly to help my clients make informed, confident decisions. In addition, I lead my own boutique team, Rise Real Estate, providing personalized service backed by proven systems and experience - closing over 60+ million in volume, 284+ clients

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to two young daughters, Penny and Winny, and share life with my husband, Ted, along with our two golden retrievers, Chance and Chloe, and our tabby cat, Charlie. As a family, we enjoy discovering local coffee shops, traveling—especially to our condo in Tampa, Florida—working on our home, managing our rental properties, and spending summers on our parents’ lake in Pinckney.
